We recorded this Beatles cover as a birthday gift for Ally’s best friend Rachel, who has kindly consented to let the rest of you lot hear it too. It was recorded and mixed by Jon Clayton at One Cat Studio during our ongoing album sessions. (Did we mention we’re recording an album? We’re recording an album.)

I spend this afternoon recording a little demo of Put the Blame on Mame, a song made famous by Rita Hayworth in the 1946 film noir Gilda.
